The Plantation Cottage draws upon the southern, coastal, low country vernacular and features large, wrap-around porches and a full basement.

The open floor plan provides spacious living, dining & kitchen areas each of which have a visual connection to the fireplace and built-in entertainment center. A vaulted ceiling at the staircase connects with the upstairs "rooms in the roof" each with its own dormer. Extra storage space is available in the attic.

Windows provide natural light to the basement. This plan works best with a cross-sloping lot to allow access to the "drive-in" garage/basement.
