Crawlspace Foundation This
arrangement is suitable for most sitexcept where a piling
foundation is needed due to coastal flood requirements or where a
basement is desired.
Piling
Foundation This
arrangement is well suited for coastal sites or beachfront sites
requiring raised pilings for flood conditions.
Basement
Foundation
This arrangement works well with a sloping site and provides a walk-out
basement on the downward side
