The Island Cottage is also available in a 10' elevated piling foundation version providing a garage area under the house on the ground level. The garage is available with a side entrance or a frontal entrance depending upon the constraints of your lot.
A slightly larger version of the Island Cottage (2,470 square feet) is also available. This version has a larger (12' x 12') observation room and a 39' square base on the 1st floor.
